In 2021, Suni Lee became the overall champion at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. At 18 years old, she has already proven to the gymnastics world that; she is here to stay.

However, after the Olympics, she revealed that it wasn’t such a good experience for her. She gave her fans a view into the toxic world of elite sports. She opened up about how much pressure and stress she was under. Something that almost caused her to break.

So, Lee decided to take a break after Tokyo. She joined Auburn University. Here, she joined her college gymnastic team. Now in the NCAA, Lee is the leader of her University team, and she is acing it.

Recently, she shared a post over Twitter. What seems to be a page from her personal diary. The page gives us a glimpse into how Suni motivates herself.

“Be strong. Be confident. Stay focused,” wrote Suni.

Furthermore, she even divided the page into several parts like bars, bean, vaults; all different events of gymnastics.

“Bars: Remember to SWING control the bar stay tight one thing at a time.”

For Beans and Floor, she added that she was strong enough to enjoy the moment while performing. She wrote down everything from tips to advice on how to control her body.

Nothing less, nothing more!

This page is the key to her performances, as indicated by Suni Lee. She constantly told herself to be good enough but at the same time have fun.

“Be Average SUNI! Nothing more, Nothing less. You are good enough. Have faith. Be Great,” wrote Lee.

Suni Lee knows the correct balance between working hard and having fun at the same time. She is enjoying her time at NCAA, and fans look forward to watching her give more magical performances.
