Bruce Lee was an American-born martial artist and actor. He was born on November 27th, 1940, and died in 1973 in Hong Kong. However, he was born in America; he grew up in Hong Kong. The legendary martial artist has given an immense contribution to the field of martial arts. He took the popularity of martial arts to another level with excellence in martial arts.
People were awed looking at the skills that he showcased in movies or otherwise. Unfortunately, Lee died at the young age of 32. The cause of the death is said to be cerebral edema. In simpler words, he died because of the excess fluid in his brain or the swelling of the brain. There are several speculations about his death. Was it natural or anything else? When he was asked about different conspiracy theories over the years. Jackie Chan replied, “No, no… no, not true.” He continued, “That news in the public. I think in the old days 30 years ago, because communication not fast enough.”

Bruce Lee was one of the most celebrated martial artists. Even now, many people know martial arts because of him. Many theories speculated on the way he died. Recently, scientists have come up with a theory that suggests the pattern of his death.
The team of researchers from the ‘Clinical Kidney Journal’, suggested in their study that the edema was caused by Hyponatraemia. Which is a condition caused by the failure of the kidney to remove excess water from the body. So according to their theory, he suffered from hyponatremia, which caused him Cerebral edema, which eventually killed him.
