Notably, the Yankees are the most successful franchise in Major League Baseball’s history. But considering their current situation in MLB, the Yankees are definitely not the favorites to win the prestigious title.

The New York Yankees star Anthony Rizzo has given his opinion on what it will take to win the World Series title.

Currently, the New York Yankees are probably the most unorganized team in MLB. In this free agency, their management has failed to make any sensible signing for the team. As of now, they have not signed a shortstop for the upcoming season. They also lost free agents like Freddie Freeman, Carlos Correa, and Trevor Story to their rival teams.

Considering their current roster for the upcoming season, it will be very hard for them to compete against the heavyweights like LA Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, and Boston Red Sox.

However, the Yankees star Anthony Rizzo believes that to stay in the contest of the championship, they must not lose the initial league games. Because he rightly believes no team can win the World Series in April and May. But they sure can lose one.
