The lockout in Major League has not just stopped the actions in the ballparks but it has also put a pause on the off-field activities, such as singing and transfers of players. Players like Max Scherzer, Corey Seager, and Marcus Semien were wise enough to sign new deals with their respective franchises before the lockout. Some MLB players, including Aaron Judge, might head to a new team once the lockout ends. 

Apart from Aaron Judge, there are a number of players who are either in free agency or in their last year on contract and are still waiting for the lockout to be over. So that they can negotiate with any franchises for their new contracts. Now, amidst the lockout, the rumors are rife that the Yankees’ right fielder Aaron Judge might leave the pinstripes and join the other New York club.

Notably, Aaron Judge will become a free agent following the end of the 2022 season. Considering his potential in MLB, any team would welcome him with open hands. And the recent rumors say that Aaron Judge will join New York Mets after the lockout. Well, at least that’s what the Mets’ fans believe.
