It has been over five years since Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez bid farewell to the game of baseball. But the Yankees great still trains himself like he is about to play an MLB game. At the age of 46, when most players enjoy their retirement, A-Rod still hits the gym and trains like a young player.

It is not easy for any sports personality to maintain their charm and charisma, even after retirement. But A-Rod is built different. Ever since the inception of baseball, A-Rod has probably been the best ambassador of the game. A-Rod in MLB

Having played for 22 seasons in Major League Baseball, A-Rod made his big league debut in the 1994 season for the Seattle Mariners. Later, he went on to plate for the Texas Rangers and New York Yankees.
