The martial arts demigod, Bruce Lee made many heads turn his way for his astounding fighting prowess and inquisitive persona. Not only was he a great actor, but he also liked to take interest in out-of-the-box activities. Whether it was his fascination for philosophy or using unusual props in his movies, the Little Dragon explored everything that intrigued him. Likewise, the Little Phoenix once startled a Chinese bodybuilder by using a bizarre apparatus upon himself.

Along with being an outstanding fighter, Bruce also was a health and fitness fanatic. However, Lee once faced a tremendous strain on his knees and muscles due to rigorous workout sessions. And, to overcome the pain, he used an electric apparatus, which apparently left his Enter the Dragon co-actor, Bolo Yeung terrified.

Bruce Lee once started his Chinese co-actor

As per the records of Matthew Polly?s book, Bruce Lee: A Life, the Little Dragon once strained his muscles due to his punctilious training regime. Interestingly, Lee?s karate acquaintance, Mike Stone recommended an electric cure to soothe the strained muscles. And, to ?help his body recover, he began using an electrical muscle stimulator machine?.

Moreover, explaining the dynamics of the machine, Stone said, ?It?s a minor electric shock treatment?, which increases the ?pulse and repetition?. This convinced Lee to use the machine, and he believed ?it would enhance his skills and ability?.

Interestingly, Lee continued using the stimulator for the rest of his life, even though he got rid of his initial muscle cramps, which in turn freaked out his friends.?Likewise, his Chinese co-actor, Bolo Yeung once got startled by the Little Dragon?s electric stimulator. Explaining his terrifying encounter, Bolo stated, ?He was wearing a headband with a bunch of electrical cables attached to it?.

Yang Sze is a retired Chinese bodybuilder and martial artist. Yang met Lee on the sets of a cigarette commercial back in 1971. From that point on, they became close-knit acquaintances. 1 year after they met, Lee approached him to work alongside him in Enter the Dragon. Interestingly, the Chinese martial artist accepted Lee?s generous offer and played the role of the ?beefy bad guy?, Bolo. And that’s how Yang Sze became Bolo Yeung.

Bruce shared rather a close relationship with Yeung. That?s why as a friend, Yeung asked Lee ?Are you crazy?? for giving himself electric stimulations.
