Motherly instinct never fails to impress. Jordan Chiles felt that nourishing touch after she missed out on a spot in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships team of the US. In spite of putting up a stellar display at the selection camp, a fall during her floor exercise marred her otherwise impressive performance. A disappointed Tokyo Olympics’ silver medallist had to see bestie Simone Biles securing the top spot with a stellar 55.700 score, thereby leading the team.

That is where Chiles’ mother Gina Chiles chipped in. She took to social media to pour her heart out for Jordan. While uplifting her daughter’s morale, Gina congratulated Jordan Chiles for another achievement she made at the selection camp.

On Friday, Gina Chiles came up with an Instagram post where she showered Jordan with praise for her selection in the US team for the upcoming Pan American Games. The event is scheduled to take place from October 20 to November 5 in Santiago, Chile. This will be Jordan’s first appearance at the event. Referring to this, Gina said, “Congratulations on making the PanAm Team! Your 1st one so it’s exciting!!”. In the post, Gina shared her excitement at seeing ‘Chiles in Chile‘ while cheering her saying, “VAMOS” which means ‘let’s go’ or ‘Come on’ in Spanish. Apart from Jordan as a gymnast, Gina hailed her as a person as well.
