On May 9, Simone Biles’s mother Nellie Biles took to her Instagram to convey her best wishes for the newly married couple. The 73-year-old also shared some heartwarming pictures from the celebration on May 5.

Nellie Biles shared a beautiful picture of her and Simone in an Instagram post. It was a selfie with the gymnast in her wedding gown. Needless to say, the mother-daughter duo looked super happy for Simone’s big day. Further, mama Biles also added another picture of the Biles family with its newest member, Jonathan Owens on the second slide.

Nellie Biles is truly overwhelmed with seeing her daughter getting married to Jonathan Owens. Hence, she added a heartfelt note to the post which read, “Today I gained a Son. What a beautiful and memorable weekend. May The Lord continue to protect and guide you both. I love you 💕” She reminisced the wonderful wedding celebrations from last week and wished the couple a sacred married life ahead.

On Simone’s wedding day, Nellie and Simone were seen sharing an emotional moment in an Instagram video. While clicking pictures together, mama Biles constantly helped the bride fix her wedding gown. At first, she assisted Simone in fastening the lace at the back of her dress. Next, Nellie tied the belt of the gymnast’s white-colored high-block heels.

Later on, while facing the camera, mama Biles was seen getting teary-eyed as it was time for the gymnast to walk down the aisle. They also hugged each other lovingly, celebrating their divine mother-daughter bond.
