Olivia Dunne Rocks America’s Favourite Game With “Genius” Twist

Olivia Dunne has grown to be the highest-valued collegiate athlete as of the year 2022.  Her social media presence accompanied by her gymnastics success has led Livvy to attain great heights at the age of 21. The gymnast has previously clinched a spot at Team USA and to add on, holds a net worth of over $3.3 Million. While Olivia soars through her field, the youngster gives fans a little glimpse into her worldly knowledge.

The LSU Gymnastics team often keeps the fans updated on their lives and trivial facts. Be it their interests beyond gymnastics or little moments on the field, the team’s Instagram page consistently hosts off-beat news for the followers. This time around, the update involved having the teammates engage in a trivia contest to bring out the winner; and Livvy sure held no behind.

Oliva Dunne has been one of the reckoning stars of the LUS gymnastics team. Having attained immense popularity with SI and NIL, the gymnast was back on the mats for a contest in the latest update. But this time Livvy’s victory moment did not entail a graceful performance.  On the 7th of November, the LSU gymnastics team posted a new update on their page. NCAA athlete, Cammy Hall made the honors of introducing the Tiger Trivia contestants for the day.

Involving 3 rounds, the first two of the four contestants Tori Tatum and Amari Drayton took the ground. For the first question, Cammy hilariously remarked, ‘When was the war of 1812?’ Though the gymnasts took a while to catch up on the nuance, Amari took the first win with a good laugh. Then Livvy got the answer right for the UFO short form in round 2, and it was an intense fight for the last winning answer in the finale.

The Instagram icon was torn between the exact year of the platform’s opening. However, staying true to her base ground, Olivia took the crown with her second shot at the answer. “I feel victorious, I feel like a genius!” Livvy exclaimed after winning the games. However, with all the fun on the mats, Livvy has also been seen getting serious with her practice for the upcoming season.

The gymnast shares a glimpse of her practice

Over the week, Livvy shared a post letting her followers in on her practice session. The gymnast can be seen doing a mid-air split, posing with one leg and arm stretched out. Captioning the post, Olivia wrote, “Tiger nation let’s ride.” The internet sensation seems to be gearing up for her last NCAA season; starting in December.

Though Livvy has been listed as an all-arounder, the gymnast’s strength mainly lies in floor exercise and uneven bars; reports Sporting News. Throughout her 2023 NCAA season, Olivia has scored a consistent 9.8 averaging a total of 9.788 in the events she participated in following her multiple injuries. With the NCAA Championships on the way and the final one for Livvy, the gymnast will look to make the most of it before she heads onto a newer journey.
