During the Cavalier Invite, where she impressed with a time of 1:52.34 in the 200 IM, Walsh spoke to reporters, stating, “It would be hard to find something that’s going wrong” (Swim Swam). Reflecting on her recent success, Walsh attributes her newfound strength in the weight room and a revitalized mentality towards swimming as key factors contributing to her progress.
