The men’s 4x400m relay team, consisting of Alexander Doom, Dylan Borlée, Jonathan Sacoor, and Christian Iguacel; heptathlete Noor Vidts; and middle-distance runner Eliott Crestan, were gathered together to attend a reception hosted by Prime Minister Alexander De Croo in Brussels.

In a moment both humorous and wholesome, while all were adorned with their gold medals, Dylan Borlée realized he had forgotten to bring his own. Displaying true camaraderie, Alexander Doom graciously removed one of his own gold medals earned in Glasgow and handed it to Borlée for the picture, eliciting hearty laughter and warmth from both the Prime Minister and the online community.
