When one lady was questioned, “Do you think you see Bolt will get his money back?” She replied, saying, “He must get back his money.” The Jamaicans seem to have acted with surprising bravado in light of the situation. For the guy who trained relentlessly to become a world-class sprinter, there will be no letup in competition. The people of Jamaica say it’s embarrassing for both the company and their nation that this fraud was allowed to take place.
The people featured in the video were adamant, insisting that their star be compensated in full. They persist that they don’t care how it’s returned, just that it’s returned quickly. People also worry that the country’s image may suffer if the problem isn’t dealt with quickly by the authorities.
