As per an article by Fox 7, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission released a report on the 19th of January recalling three helmet brands, namely, Credhedz Lizard Helmets, Crayola Dry Erase Helmets, and Tony Hawk Multi-Purpose Helmets along with a descriptive section stating the grounds on the same.

Talking to Vanity Fair, the 54-year-old athlete once described the worst fall of his skateboarding career while speaking about his documentary film, Tony Hawk: Until the Wheels Fall Off to the sources. Apparently, Hawk and Brazilian skater Bob Burnquist were on a skating feat to perform a loop leading up to the mishap.
Hawk fell on his attempt to wheel off a full 360 degree. He said, “the next thing I know I was being carted into an ambulance. I ended up falling on my way up, which is the worst place to fall.”
