The rider was heading towards the finish line when, at turn 11 of the Mandalika circuit he suffered a high-speed crash. Bezzecchi came off his Ducati-VR46 and tumbled across the gravel.

As he suffered a severe fracture in his collarbone, during his recovery he shared his opinion with Sporstar stating, “Immediately after the operation, I saw the possibility of trying to take part in the Grand Prix.”

Awaiting approval from the medical team about his fitness before participating in the race, his journey exhibited strength and resilience. Even after surviving the crash, Bezzecchi refused to take any assistance and walked on his own to the paddock. His fearless spirit encouraged him to defy all odds and secure third place in the Indonesian Grand Prix.

Although, there had been much speculation revolving around Bezzecchi’s participation in the race on October 15. However, the doubts of  air have cleared out as the rider takes on the track and ceases his position among the top 5 riders. In the list of notable riders who are known for overcoming their injury battles, including Luca Marini, Alex Marquez, and Alex Rins, Bezzecchi has etched his name.
