Three Former Rugby Players Set to Climb 15,777ft to Raise Money for a Noble Cause Benefiting Participants in the Sport

Three former Exeter players plan to climb Mont Blanc in order to raise money. The money raised will be used for the rugby mental health charity, Looseheadz. Moreover, the trio will be traveling to the Alpine region before they start the ascent.
Greg Bateman, Phil Dollman, and Kai Horstmann are the three people who are taking part in the climb. The three have been former rugby players. However, now they want to do something for the mental health of the rugby players.
Mental Health Also Important for Rugby Players

According to the former Exeter players, mental health is important for all players. Not many people work towards the improvement of mental health of rugby players. However, till now, the three players have raised $10000 for the foundation. The three players crossed paths as players between 2013-2015. Although their playing careers have ended, they want to feel the same pressure by doing this challenge.

The trio wants to provide the coaches and the players with the facilities that they never had. Today, the game of rugby has developed a lot and players need modern methods. Moreover, the pressure of playing the game has also increased. The players constantly face pressure and scrutiny from the media and fans for even a slight mistake.

It’s always good to see former players contributing to the game. The attempt made by the three Exeter players will help many players who are currently playing.
