Venus Williams is smitten by Serena Williams’ look

Williams took to Instagram to share the clip from Serena’s ramp walk for the Winter collection of Off-White in her stories. She wrote, “Baby sis killing the runway.” Thereafter, she applauded her sister’s looks by sharing a hot face emoji and writing, “But seriously. ” 

On the first day of Paris fashion week, the Milan based luxury brand presented the last contributions from founder Virgil Abloh who lost the battle against cancer in November 2021.

Further, the runway show themed Spaceship Earth, an ‘Imaginary Experience’, took place in two parts. The first one was the ready-to-wear collection for the upcoming season. While the second was an offering of couture-like ‘high fashion.’ Serena Williams walked the former portion. She shined in a printed high neck- long, sleeve top paired with pants and sheer knee-length dress.

Venus shares an interesting story

Venus recently sat down for a podcast recently and shared some stories about her and Serena’s teenage days. One of them was the hilarious ear piercing story. She said, “We weren’t even allowed to get our ears pierced. I got my ears pierced at like 16 and Serena got her ears pierced. She was only 15. We came home and my dad said what that’s stuff on your ear.”

“We were like we can get it pieced at 16. And he tells us, take those out and she just didn’t. So that was that.” Thereafter, the 41-year-old shared that even if the act was painful and angered her father, it was a worthy experience.

Further, Venus has been out of the circuit since 2021 due to her leg injury. However, she recently put the rumors of her retirement aside by hinting at a comeback.
