‘Bunch of Awesome People’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Cheers for His Team Despite Heart-Breaking Angel City FC’s Loss

The husband of Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian is an entrepreneur by profession. However, the co-founder of Reddit doesn’t let his profession overpower his passion. Instead, he tries to encompass the two together. Known for his love towards sports, the 39-year-old has invested in the newly formed National Women’s Soccer League expansion team, Angel City FC.

Being the lead investor of the club, Alexis Ohanian has been keeping up with his duties to support the club. Not just financially but also emotionally. Standing up to his duties, Ohanian yesterday attended Angel City’s clash with Gotham FC. Even though his club lost the match, Ohanian had a special message for his team.

However, yesterday was a slightly low day for them; on the 29th of May, Angel City suffered a 1-0 loss to Gotham FC. Attending the match, Alexis had a heart-breaking moment. However, he made sure to cheer up his team.

The post featured a photo of Ohanian with his team at ‘776’. He wrote, “We didn’t get the W tonight, but I’m grateful to have a bunch of awesome people in the extended @776fund community. ⚽️ Atmosphere tonight was 💯@Angel City FC.”
