Naomi Osaka gained a massive jump in her WTA rankings after her valiant gameplay in the Miami Open 2022. She had been ranked 77th earlier and now she is world no. 35. She improved her performance as compared to previous games and she reached the finals of the Miami Open 2022, defeating top players like Angelique Kerber, Danielle Collins, and Belinda Bencic along the way. Iga Swiatek reigned the Miami Open 2022 by defeating Osaka in straight sets. However, we have seen an incredible improvement in the Japanese player’s on-court performance.
