Tennis players have to travel quite a bit for different tournaments around the world. Since the sport is mostly individual, making friends on tour can be rather difficult. However, many players often develop a bond when they interact with each other off-court. Aryna Sabalenka and Paula Badosa have formed a good bond, and their friendship off-court has only increased with time. Sabalenka recently commented on their relationship, which evoked a heartwarming reaction from Badosa.

Another testament of their friendship came up earlier this year in March. Sabalenka and Badosa were involved in practice sessions before the Indian Wells and engaged in an affectionate embrace. Their picture could be misconstrued for something else, which led to a hilarious reaction from both players.

She is a very nice girl & having her by my side is very important to me“. Badosa, blushing at the comments of Sabalenka, replied to her comments by saying, “@SabalenkaA you da best ❤️“.

The two WTA competitors have shown time and again that they are able to maintain their bond with each other no matter the outcome of their matches. While they keep talking positively about each other, one of their affectionate gestures proves the strength of their relationship.
