The 2010 era of the tennis realm is something that fans will never forget considering a number of miraculous performances during that period. During that era, the tennis community witnessed some of the most remarkable WTA players in their prime. The American tennis legends, Venus and Serena Williams, and the former Russian tennis player, Maria Sharapova along with others were all part of that ‘golden’ era.
Notably, this is something that the fans are missing in the latest tennis documentary, “Break Point” streaming on Netflix. The tennis community further wants a 2010s edition of the tennis documentary that would be centered around the players of that era. Consequently, a slew of fans flocked to social media while reminiscing about the players of that “golden” period.

Fans want a 2010s edition of the Netflix documentary featuring stars like Serena Williams
The new tennis documentary titled, ‘Break Point’ has already created a huge stir in the entire sporting realm. In the documentary series, the stellar journies of the current generation of tennis players have been perfectly covered. However, it has not covered the story of the players from the 2010 era of tennis. In light of this, the tennis community recently expressed their opinions on a 2010s edition of the tennis documentary, ‘Break Point’.
One of the fans shared a photo compilation of women tennis players from the 2010 era. It included pictures of players of the American tennis legends, Venus and Serena Williams. The former Russian tennis player, Maria Sharapova alongside the Czech tennis player, Petra Kvitová was also part of that compilation. Other former tennis players like Jelena Janković, Ana Ivanović, and Caroline Wozniacki were also there in that social media post.
The fan further called that “Break Point” 2010s edition. Other fans also took note of the post as they flocked in to reminisce about the “golden” era. While they said a 2010 edition of the tennis documentary, ‘Break Point’ “would’ve been epic”.

Meanwhile, one of the fans talked about the prestigious awards, Espy Awards, to mark individual and team athletic achievements. The 23-time singles Grand Slam champion, Serena Williams has won the Espy Awards on a number of occasions because of her remarkable athletic performances.
