Former WWE Superstar Hurricane Helms Reaches A Special Milestone With AEW Appearance

After a wrestler leaves a promotion, things often get complicated. Due to contracts, wrestlers leave their popular gimmicks and character behind. However, that is not the case for Shane ‘Hurricane’ Helms.

As Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reports, Shane Helms has now appeared on WCW, WWE, TNA, ROH, and AEW. Former WWE Stars Shane Helms and Gangrel appeared during the Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara Elite Deletion match at AEW Full Gear.

Gangrel tried to help Guevara while Helms helped Hardy. Hardy ended up winning the match after nailing Guevara with a chair shot.

Apart from Helms, this appearance is special for Gangrel as well. Fightful reports that Gangrel has now appeared on cable, syndication, or traditional PPV wrestling each of the last five decades.

The match took place on the Multiverse of Hardy Compound. Helms and Hardy both took a subtle dig at WWE as Shane Helms asked Matt why he didn’t help him sooner after House Hardy Halloween. Hardy replied that he had to go to AEW to make it happen.

Hurricane Helms, Lance Storm, and Brian Pillman Jr. get into hilarious Twitter spat

In the same thread Lance Storm, Shane Helms, and Brian Pillman got into a funny altercation. The storm claimed he achieved the same feat way before Helms.

To this, Storm replied he was in a bad mood because it was snowing in his neighborhood. To which Brian Pillman Junior replied –
