One of the most muscle-bound stars in Hollywood set a common notion for himself that says no one trains like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. But it looks like there’s AEW World Champion, MJF is out to prove a point.

The 27-year-old star recently packed on some heavy muscle, which adds to his impressive physique and immense skill. His transformation speaks loud of how much effort MJF put into being in a top-notch shape. But did he touch The Rock’s weightlifting mark yet? Well, according to his recent Twitter post, yes.

The Rock, who strictly abides by a tough workout routine on a daily basis, usually does 600-700 lbs leg press on a good workout day. On the other hand, MJF’s recent video shows him doing 810 lbs close stance leg press. The champ wrote on Twitter, “Controlled 810-pound close stance leg press. I’m gonna stack those three jabronis like cordwood. #AEWDoN”

While his in-ring gestures and deeds left his reputation in serious jeopardy several times, there is no denying what the AEW star achieved bodily in recent times.

The Rock has a tremendous obsession over leg press

Johnson owns his personalized portable gym so that he doesn’t miss working out even on his busiest days. His commendable work ethic and physical stamina remain unbeatable, no matter what. There are a lot of gym secrets about him that made him stand out from others. One of those was his reliance on the lower body workout, especially the legs. He likes to do leg exercises with a higher rep range.

During a past Q&A video, Johnson revealed that his favorite gym equipment is the vertical leg press. 6’5 robust Hollywood hunk noted, “It’s the vertical leg press, and it’s the best. It’s an animal and it will kick your a** and it loves it. I love training legs. Legs are my favorite body part.”
