Cole, in response to the insults, stated that he is not interested in indulging in a promo battle with his All-In opponent. Instead, he proposed a partnership request to take on Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis on the Zero-Hour pre-show of All In.

After a while, MJF agreed to the partnership, and thus the match became official. After the segment went viral on the internet, the fans went online to react to it.
