Stratus has been with WWE since 2000. From becoming a champion to being inducted into the Hall of Fame back in 2013, she has been participating in whatever capacity possible for her. Up until 2022, she was working as a part-timer with the company. 2023, saw her have an extended run in the company where she was seen feuding with “The Man”, Becky Lynch.

The WWE 2K23 was received by the fans quite well. Fans loved the game with IGN even stating that the tagline “Even Stronger” was an apt one. While fans were still enjoying the game, WWE dropped a special edition called the WWE 2K23 Bad Bunny Edition. The edition was entirely dedicated to the Puerto Rican rapper and now part-time pro wrestler Bad Bunny.

While the model will be based on Bad Bunny from the 2023 Backlash, along with that, fans will be receiving a Puerto Rican-themed LWO shirt. Along with that, many other perks such as a standard playable Bad Bunny character and a Ruby tier MyFACTION card.

However, WWE also wanted to delve into a bit of nostalgia. Along with this edition, memorable stars from the Ruthless Aggression Era were a part of the special editions. This included John Cena’s The Prototype, Batista as Leviathan, and Randy Orton. It would be interesting to see if WWE does something similar with Trish Stratus.

One take at a time

For me pro wrestling has two things that I like the most, storytelling and fighting. Let?s just say movies are failing to keep me entertained in those departments. I grew up watching WWF and not WWE and any hardcore fan will agree that the two are not the same, but I love both iterations.
