WWE Legend Scott Hall passed away after suffering three attacks. He was put on life support, but could not survive.
The pro-wrestling industry will forever remember this day as one of the darkest in the history of the business. Now, even though Hall left for his heavenly abode, his impact on the industry will never be forgotten.

Suggested Sting to change his gimmick
During Hall’s first TV in Macon, he saw Sting applying neon makeup and wearing the happy guy tights. At this point, he didn’t know Sting. Previously when they had met, Sting was a top guy and Hall wasn’t.

In Macon, he saw Sting was growing out his hair. This is when he asked The Stinger if he had seen The Crow. When Sting said no, Hall revealed it was a dark character with white face pain and dark lines.
While he wasn’t suggesting Sting rip off The Undertaker, even if it did seem like that, it was different territory.
Sting ran the idea by Eric Bischoff and he got his Crow Gimmick.
First-ever 5-star rated match in WrestleMania History
Razor Ramon went up against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania X on December 20th, 1994.
This was the first time Dave Meltzer ever gave a WrestleMania match a 5-star.
First Man to have both his gimmicks into the WWE Hall of Fame
Scott Hall played two characters in his overall WWE character. When he first started with WWE, he played the character Razor Ramon. This gimmick was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.
After Hall jumped ships, went to WCW, and formed The nWo, the stable came to WWE in 2002. In this stable, he played Scott Hall. The entire stable was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2020.
Scott Hall himself pitched his ‘Razor Ramon’ gimmick to Vince McMahon and Pat Patterson
The ‘Razor Ramon’ character is actually inspired by the movie ‘Scarface’. He saw Al Pacino play the lead, and immediately fell in love with the movie and the character.
He pitched a similar gimmick to Vince McMahon, and The Big Man could not say a no!

The WWE Legend had a short–live YouTube channel called ‘scotthalltv’. He would comment on older matches alongside Larry Zbyszko. His expertise in the business allowed him to share a different view on things which helped the younger talents.
