The idea was that the match will end when one of them manages to submit, pin, or toss the opponent into a pool of mimosa at ringside. Technically, it was a pool of orange juice with some amount of champagne for the feel!

The feud with Chris Jericho put Cassidy under the spotlight. Therefore, when he delivered an excellent performance by emerging victorious in the match, he put himself on the track to becoming a star in AEW.

The AEW star stepped up to help the rising star
Coming to the two wrestlers in the ring, Chris Jericho was the one who picked Orange Cassidy as the star he wanted to put over. He revealed that initially; he did not have the zest to work with him. However, after spending time with the rising star, he realized the wonderful way in which Cassidy connected with the audience.
Since his character is a type that AEW hadn’t seen before, Chris Jericho wanted to do something with him. To be fair, he executed that to perfection!
