While Dwayne Johnson and John Cena are already well-established Hollywood stars, another WWE Champion has taken baby steps toward Hollywood.

Superstars like Dwayne Johnson and John Cena have shared screens with Nick Fury of MCU. Adding to the list is a 29-year-old superstar who will feature alongside Samuel L. Jackson in a new movie.

Liv Morgan goes Hollywood, to feature alongside Samuel L. Jackson

On 30th September, WWE tweeted through their official X account a short clip of former WWE Women’s Champion with the caption, “Our very own @YaOnlyLivvOnce discusses her experience working on the new film ‘The Kill Room’ out NOW starring @SamuelLJackson and Uma Thurman!”

In the short clip, Liv Morgan shared her experience on her first movie project and shooting alongside Samuel L. Jackson. She looked ecstatic shooting for her first movie and said, “I feel like I’ve manifested this moment for a long time. So to have the opportunity to film my first-ever movie, I’m so grateful to have a role to be included just to experience what this life’s like.”

She further explained her experience of transitioning from WWE to the big screen. She said, “As different as it was, a lot of it was probably what I’ve seen. I believe it was so many tools from WWE to help me translate all of those skills to acting on set there.”

In the end, she was grateful to Director Nicol Paone for giving her a break and she hopes to do more. But her current opportunity came because of an unfortunate injury break.

Liv Morgan is undergoing rehab after beating from Mami

Liv Morgan last faced Rhea Ripley on the March 3rd episode of SmackDown in a singles match. They faced each other multiple times before Mami attacked Morgan backstage and broke her arm. It also made her tag-team partner Raquel Rodriguez vulnerable as they lost their tag-team titles later.

Apart from kayfabe, Morgan had a genuine injury. During an episode of SmackDown, she suffered from a torn shoulder. She tried to speed up her recovery, but it turned out to be a poor decision, thus extending her rehab process.
