The good news is Lana did not go through the commentary table again. However, the bad news is a lot bigger. Following the attack on her on Monday Night Raw, it has been confirmed that Lana has suffered bad injuries.

The Sole Survivor shockingly won her match against Nia Jax by pinning the Women’s Tag Team Champion. Dejected after her loss, Nia and her partner Shayna Baszler attacked Lana.

Shayna twisted her leg while Nia Jax jumped on it, which looked extremely painful. Asuka came to rescue her shortly after but the damage was already done.

Lana was taken away for a checkup after that. It was later confirmed by Michael Cole that the Superstar was being taken to medical facilities. She had apparently suffered “devastating damage to her elbow and leg”.

The more upsetting news is that Lana will now be unable to compete at TLC on Sunday. This means that Asuka currently has to face Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax alone. However, the Raw Women’s Champion may have already found new friends.

Asuka saved Lana and Dana Brooke from severe injuries

Jax and Baszler tried to assault Dana Brooke the same way later in the night. Mandy Rose came to her partner’s rescue with a Kendo Stick but failed to fend off both attackers.

Asuka surprisingly also joined in, turning the tide against the Women’s Tag Team Champions. Jax and Baszler were eventually kicked to the curb.

Asuka could use the assistance of Rose and Brooke at TLC. Unfortunately, Lana will not get to compete and make her big break.

We still await an official report from WWE on her injury. As of now, we are not sure how long Lana will be out of action. The Superstar will probably reveal the details herself later on social media.

As of now, the Women’s Tag Team Champions have to worry about TLC. While it seems like their ball game, Asuka may just pull off the victory.
