However, after a massive backlash, it now looks like Johnson has sided along with Reigns. But Rhodes is still not the only one with some issues with The Bloodline. Looks like a former NWA Champion still has unfinished business with Roman Reigns’ Wiseman, Paul Heyman.

Roman Reigns’ Wiseman in trouble?!

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), former NWA World Champion and Raw’s current GM, Adam Pearce has stated that he is still waiting for his match that was supposed to happen three years ago. He reshared a clip that has resurfaced online featuring him, Roman Reigns, and Paul Heyman. Along with the clip, he wrote, “Still waiting for my match.”

The segment is from 2021, during the Pandemic Era of WWE where the three could be seen having a confrontation. The reason behind it was that Pearce helped Kevin Owens get a match against the 38-year-old for his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title. A few days after the match, The Tribal Chief and his Wiseman called up Pearce, who was looking after SmackDown and Raw then.

After a segment, Heyman challenged Pearce for a match. However, the Tribal Chief stepped in along with the members of Bloodline. What followed next was a brutal match in which Pearce was beaten to a pulp by the Bloodline.

While for kayfabe’s sake, the two were at odds during Pearce’s time at SmackDown, behind the curtains, they had a lot of respect for each other. In an interview with WWE’s The Bump, Pearce talked about the one thing he’ll miss after he was made Raw’s exclusive GM and Nick Aldis took over SmackDown.

In an interview, he said that he would miss working with Heyman at the backstage the most. The reason behind it is that the two used to have a “verbal jousting” behind the curtains.
