The premier season episode of SmackDown was action-packed for the fans in Tulsa, with some of the biggest names in the WWE making an appearance. Starting off with John Cena, a returning Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso defending their titles, every moment was thrilling for this episode.

Ahead of SmackDown, Rhodes took to social media to announce an Open Challenge for the Undisputed Tag Team Titled. Grayson Waller and Austin Theory accepted the challenger. However, something bigger awaited Rhodes after the match.

A match will be at a PLE like The Royal Rumble or WrestleMania 40 if a match is set. It is possible the two will have more run-ins as long as Rhodes holds on to the tag team titles. If Rhodes is meant to take on Reigns, it will be for retribution and for the title.

Since his return to SmackDown, fans have been waiting for The Rock to face Reigns. Being cousins, The Great One was always there when the WWE was pushing babyface Reigns. Now, a heel and dominating the roster, fans expect The Rock to talk some sense into Reigns.

The WWE has officially said nothing, and fans hope that with Reigns back; it will be announced soon. After returning, The Rock took out Austin Theory and nothing has happened since then. Nevertheless, there have been speculations regarding this feud.
