Over its history, WWE has seen many legendary stars pass on their legacy to their kids. These kids later carry on the mantle and take the family name ahead in the world of wrestling. This is so very well seen in the case of Dwayne Johnson and Rocky Johnson, Ric Flair, and Charlotte Flair, and also Rikishi Fatu and The Usos and Solo Sikoa. All these so-called juniors definitely lived up to the names of their Fathers.

But there is one father son pairing that fans love because just like his dad, even he exudes the same charisma. We are talking about The American Dream Dusty Rhodes and his sons Cody and Dustin Rhodes. And recently ‘The American Nightmare’ expressed his eagerness to do something really special for his brother Dustin.

Dustin Rhodes started with the WWE in 1990 with no in-ring gimmick. He went in as himself and even had the privilege to share the ring with his father Dusty Rhodes while facing Ted DiBiase and Virgil. Sadly they lost the match and also left WWE immediately after that.

But it was on his 2nd run with the WWE that Dustin Rhodes actually became a fan favorite. He returned with the gimmick of ‘Goldust’, a flamboyant golden-clad heel whose sexual innuendos often irked the opponent. But as time went by, he became more of a comical relief on the show which fans absolutely loved.

In his fifth and final run with the WWE in 2013, his brother Cody Rhodes joined in on the Goldust gimmick and became Stardust. They even successfully beat The Usos at ‘Night of Champions’ 2014 to become the new tag-team champions. Dustin is currently signed with the AEW as a wrestler and coach. But he once made it clear to a fan on Twitter that the Goldust gimmick is done for good. And recently Cody Rhodes expressed that he wants to induct his brother Dustin into the Hall Of Fame.

He even made it clear he would love to team up with his brother again, so does that mean a return of Goldust and Stardust? Only time will tell.

But fans on hearing this were in full support of the Rhodes Brothers.
