WWE has been achieving one high after another since its inception in February 1980. Vince McMahon became one of the first people to actually make live professional wrestling a profitable business. While McMahon may have been a pioneer of pro wrestling, he has always been met with strong competition from rivals. Moreover, WWE now faces far more competition in 2023 than it ever did before.

Vince McMahon’s grandson, Declan McMahon had recently made headlines hinting at a potential WWE career in the future. The Indiana football player finds himself in the limelight once again after making a heavily critical comment about WWE’s rivals.

Speaking about the most formidable competitors of WWE, namely AEW and TNA, Declan said, “ I don’t watch that cr*p.” The young McMahon made the comment in a recent interview with WU Online. The comment from Declan arrives just days after his recent appearance with his football teammates in front-row seats at WWE Fastlane.

It won’t be unfair to say that Vince McMahon’s son may easily have a great bias towards WWE. The entire McMahon family is invested in WWE and its affairs and plays several roles in various capacities. Recently, Declan himself hinted at a career in WWE. In fact, he also said that it is something he will never rule out of his future options.

The grandkid of Vince McMahon to also join the WWE?

According to the same interview, the Indiana Hoosiers player revealed that he will never rule WWE out of his future cards. Moreover, he also mentioned that he would consider doing it seriously if the fans got behind him and supported him in his pro wrestling career. If Declan joins WWE, that would add another McMahon to the biggest pro wrestling company.

Vince McMahon has been running WWE alongside his family for several years. His daughter Stephanie McMahon has done several promos and matches, along with managing business for the biggest pro wrestling outfit. His son Shane O’Mac has also featured in major matches and recently bought WCW into WWE’s fold.

The young McMahon may also take after his lineage and become a businessman and wrestler if he chooses to. Or, he can also choose to be a hardcore wrestler like his uncle Triple H and later join the business side of things.
