Nia Jax aka Lina Fanene was an indestructible force in WWE. The cousin of Dwayne Johnson had some amazing feuds on NXT and also on RAW. The major highlight of her career was winning the RAW Women’s title at WrestleMania 34.

Many fans and critics also criticized Nia for being an unsafe opponent to work with. Once Nia’s punch landed hard on Becky Lynch, which got her injured, but it skyrocketed The Man’s career.

WWE released Nia in November 2021 and she is currently pursuing other interests than wrestling. 

Recently, Nia shared her reaction to the Oscars’ infamous slap event. Chris Rock joked about Will Smith’s wife, which led to Will walking to the stage and slapping Chris. Nia’s reaction to this incident was funny and a shot at her time in WWE being called unsafe.

The tweet said, “If I slapped Chris Rock, he would be out for 6-8 weeks…just sayin”

Like many other celebrities, Nia also shared her reaction uniquely to the incident. The infamous slapping incident got viral and more different versions of reactions are still coming in.

Nia Jax was being sarcastic by saying this. She basically reflected the tweet on her WWE career. During her time in WWE, she was called an unsafe opponent who injured other pro-wrestlers during the match.

Nia replied, “I mean, she is not gonna lose her job because she is related to The Rock and all this stuff. Everybody under that was signed gripping me to shreds about that and it’s funny because it is so far from the truth, like Vince didn’t had an issue. He knew it was like sh*t happens, we are gonna make the best of it.”

Jax revealed, she made all of her WWE career by herself. It took her long time for all the support she has now from her family. However, WWE released her in November 2021, as a part of budget cuts.
