A recent promotional video by WWE, saw the 31-year-old Shotzi Blackheart trimming off her hair, and going bald. While, the video was targeted toward Blackheart’s feud against Damage CTRL, later a shocking revelation about it made the fans love her even more.

While the promotional video showed an unhinged Blackheart going bald while cropping her hair, a report stated Blackheart shaving her head was directly related to her sister’s fight against cancer. Shotzi Blackheart’s sister is a cancer fighter and is undergoing chemotherapy, which results in severe hair loss.

While the move went with her deranged character, it also mixed well with her real-life emotions and gave the fans more reasons to support Blackheart.

To stand by her sister during his tough time, and not have her left out, she shaved her own head as well. Fans fell in love with Blackheart due to his, and let poured their hearts out on the post.

It was indeed a brave move from her, and both the sisters now require a lot of support from their fans and loved ones.

Blackheart’s sister Shawn is suffering from liver cancer. And a GoFundMe page explained her situation in detail and gave the fans a chance to contribute toward her betterment. She got diagnosed with liver cancer during the holidays last year and is scheduled to begin treatment soon.

Liver cancer is an extremely rare form of cancer, that cannot be cured alone with chemotherapy. And will require a hepatectomy, which will see a part of her liver being removed.

A tough time for Shotzi Blackheart aka the Urbanski family, and we wish her all the best for her sister’s recovery.
