Fans Come Up With Mixed Reactions as Austin Theory Retains US Championship by Winning the Men’s Elimination Chamber

One of the biggest news currently hovering around the WWE world is Austin Theory regaining his WWE United States Championship. The declared winner of the 2023 men’s Elimination Chamber outlasted 5 other competitors as he looks to possibly walk into WrestleMania 39 as champion.

But if we look at the bigger picture, Logan Paul got all the focus after he appeared out of nowhere and ended up spoiling up a moment for Rollins. With Rollins out, Theory had his chance to pick up the win.

As soon as the match finished, fans started to go wild with their diverse reaction on Twitter. Some seem overjoyed with Austin’s win, while others called it total garbage.

The 25-year-old superstar has been getting mixed responses since the beginning of his career. Fans were again left divided after his recent win.

However, quite naturally, on the other side of the picture, some fans get utterly disappointed with Theory’s win.

This was indeed an eventful Elimination Chamber match providing many thrills to the audiences. Though Logan’s sudden interference got criticized by some fans, it set the stage for a very obvious Logan vs Rollins WrestleMania match while Theory keeps hold of his title for now. He won the title when he defeated Bobby Lashley and Seth Rollins in a triple-threat match at the WWE Survivor Series. Before that Theory won the WWE United States Championship on October 10th the episode of WWE Raw, setting himself up as the youngest US Champion with this.

Elsewhere, at the WWE Elimination Chamber, we saw Asuka emerging as the winner of women’s Elimination Chamber match 2023, knocking defeating five fierce women. Bobby Lashley clinched victory over Brock Lesnar following a disqualification. Edge and Beth Phoenix outshined Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley to take perfect revenge for the events of Extreme Rules last year. Last but not the least, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns retained his title against Sami Zayn via pinfall, keeping his more than 900 days reign ongoing.
