Last year, Charlotte Flair won the Royal Rumble and challenged Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. But who will win this year? There are quite a few contenders, but we can put our fingers on a few who have the most chances to win it all this year..

Charlotte Flair could very well become the first woman to win consecutive Royal Rumble matches. She is one half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions but she could also win the entire match and challenge Asuka for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37.

There is a delightful story to it as Charlotte can claim that she was the one who broke Asuka’s undefeated streak, and she will be the one who will dethrone Asuka to become twelve-time Women’s Champion.

Shayna Baszler – Last year’s Royal Rumble Runner-Up

Shayna Baszler challenged for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania but lost to Becky Lynch. She didn’t even win the Royal Rumble match that fans expected her to, so the momentum that she carried with her went down the drain.

Shayna has been in the women’s Tag Team division throughout 2020, but with the Royal Rumble, we expect her to step up and re-channel the ruthless and aggressive human within her to win the women’s Royal Rumble match and headline WrestleMania, something she should have done last year.

Bianca Belair

The ‘EST of WWE,’ Bianca Belair is a performer unlike any other. Her promos, her attire, her character, and her in-ring skills are on another level; she is the complete package WWE needs in their women’s division.

Bianca winning the Royal Rumble and challenging Sasha Banks at WrestleMania would be a magnificent sight. In fact, one can already see Bianca Belair defeating Sasha Banks to win her first Women’s championship at WrestleMania.

Sonya Deville

Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose’s rivalry was one of the best in 2020. The rivalry took Sonya to new heights and the Royal Rumble may very well be the time when WWE capitalizes on her momentum.

She returned to WWE TV earlier this month in an on screen role, so we cannot rule a surprise Rumble entrance out. Plus, we already know what Sonya is capable of.

She winning the entire thing and challenging Asuka or Banks could prove to be a lovely contest and will have a fresh face in the main event of WrestleMania.

‘The Role Model’ had a wonderful 2020. She and Sasha Banks carried the company on their shoulders throughout the pandemic era. The longest-reigning SmackDown Women’s champion would definitely love to win back her beloved Championship.

Bayley has grown a lot ever since she turned heel. Yes, we saw Sasha and Bayley tear it up in their rivalry and matches last year, but what if WWE wants the best friends to have an epic showdown at the show of shows? If that’s the plan WWE has in mind, then we very well could see Bayley win the Royal Rumble match.
