The Game Triple H announced his retirement from in-ring competition recently. Triple H was hospitalized in September 2021 because of viral pneumonia, which caused his heart to pump at a fraction of speed and caused him cardiac problems.

As of now, The King of Kings has a defibrillator in his chest and cannot wrestle henceforth in the ring. This is the reason he will handle his other duties in WWE and hence retired from the in-ring action.

Recently, Triple H shared a picture on his social media. He showed his gratitude towards everyone who called and texted him after his retirement announcement. He also shared a quote from renowned American Novelists Louis L’Amour.

The picture said, “There will come a time when you believe everything is finished; that will be the beginning. -Louis L’Amour”

“I am truly humbled by the texts, calls, posts, and all the kind words. I’m grateful to each and every one of you. I wish I could respond to each of you, but I type so slow I’d never leave the house again. Please know how much they all mean to me.”

“Stay healthy, be grateful for all you have and seize the day… I know I am!”

Triple H will no longer wrestle in WWE as he announced his retirement from in-ring competition. However, as WWE Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development, he will work behind the scenes with the work he is doing since 2011.
