Pro wrestlers are larger-than-life characters who often perform death-defying and risky stunts inside the ring. It is a norm for them to put their lives on the line and come out smiling afterward. However, sometimes the reality of life catches up to them as well. WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling legend “Superstar” Billy Graham has been wrestling against several health ailments over the years. More recently, the wrestling icon suffered from an ear infection that spread to the bones of his ear and infected his skull. After he was admitted to a hospital for a procedure, he had a cardiac arrest and was moved to the ICU.

His wife Valerie shared this grim news on Facebook, but now has some positive updates regarding the health of her husband. She revealed that he will continue rehab and antibiotics and will be soon discharged.

The legend who has gone through a liver transplant, pneumonia, and irregular heartbeat issues, was admitted to the hospital a few days ago due to a severe ear infection. However, during a treatment procedure, he coded and stopped breathing. Following this, he was admitted to the ICU. Subsequently, he was shifted to the PCU and now his wife has given some positive updates about his health.

On Facebook, she wrote, “Wayne is on day 19 in the hospital but will soon be moved to a skilled nursing facility to continue rehab and physical therapy. He will continue his IV antibiotics for a long time…possibly 6 months.” She thanked people for supporting them during this difficult time. After this optimistic update, fans continued praying for Graham and showed their support for the superstar.
