To win this title, stars are pitted against each other in a battle royale esquire situation. For the year 2021, Jey Uso battled against stars from both Raw and SmackDown. Eventually, it came down to Jey Uso and Shinsuke Nakamura. In the end, Uso won the title after defeating Nakamura.

Heyman revealed that he has set up a match between Jey Uso and Austin Theory for Theory’s United States Champion title. After the conversation, he agreed to the match but did not shake hands with Heyman, suggesting a hidden agenda.

But during the bout, things went down. Jimmy Uso tried to interfere with the match. As he was about to superkick Theory, he accidentally attacked his twin brother. Theory used this as leverage to retain his Title. Uso lost the chance to win another prestigious singles title.
