There is a vast fandom for the friendship between Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart in Hollywood. The best friends express their friendship by pulling jokes on each other wherever they are, be it during interviews, movie promotions, or when they are live on social media.

The chemistry between Hart and Johnson is not just unbelievable in real life, but in movies, too. Both the actors share a movie-like friendship.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Hart have done some amazing works together. The Rock has done over 40 movies till now in his Hollywood career since 2002. Also, Johnson has done four movies with his buddy Kevin Hart, having a cameo appearance in one of them, and the fifth one is on its way on 29th July 2022.

The first time we saw Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart together on the big screen was during Central Intelligence. The movie plot is two former high school friends reuniting when one has become a CIA agent (Johnson) while the other is an accountant (Hart). Fans got to see them share their real-life friendship on the big screen. 

The second movie they did together was Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, a late sequel to Robin Williams’ Jumanji from 1995, which grossed over $2 billion. We saw together the Hollywood duo third time in the sequel Jumanji: The Next Level in 2019. The former WWE star played Dr. Bravestone and Hart played Franklin “Mouse” Finbar.

Moreover, before the release of Jumanji: The Next Level in December 2019, Kevin Hart made a cameo in Hobbs and Shaw, which was released in August 2019, where he played an Air Marshall who helps the main characters. Hart’s inclusion is not essential to the story, but he appears in one of the funnier scenes in the film.

The best friends have been part of all comedy movies until now. Clearly, fans love their chemistry in the movies and they wish to see more of their movies. 

Future projects of Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart

As of now, there is one movie that will release on 29 July 2022 is DC League of Super-Pets. After Johnson’s Black Adam, this will be another DC film he is a part of. The animated movie will see Johnson voice Superman’s dog Krypto, while Hart voice Ace, a dog who recently gained superpowers.

Moreover, there is a 4th sequel to Jumanji which is in talks. Dr. Bravestone and Mouse Finbar actors are said to reprise their roles, as this movie shows the most of Johnson and Hart’s real-life relationship on the screen.
