Edge then started wrestling in 1992. But his official WWE debut came in 1998. And the rest is, of course, history. After defeating Sheamus on SmackDown, an emotional Edge paid tribute to Hutchison. He said, “That man gave me my wrestling training for free because I was a kid from a single-parent household and there was no way I could afford it, and that man trained me for free.”
The Rated-R superstar further revealed that Hutchison played a crucial role in helping Edge meet his beautiful wife, Beth Phoenix, who was also trained under the same tutelage. He added, “Seven years later, he trained a pretty little lady named Beth Phoenix, and thanks to this company, I met my wife and the mother of my beautiful children.”

The 11-time World Champion and The Glamazon began dating in 2011. The couple officially exchanged vows in 2016 and presently have two children. The duo also worked together recently and faced off against Rhea Ripley and Finn Balor of The Judgment Day.
Anyway, Edge’s deep admiration for his coach only goes to show that Ron Hutchison played a vital role in the making of one of WWE’s most celebrated heels. At this juncture in his life, Edge can live a very happy retired life. But has he retired?

Let’s admit the fact that it would make more sense if Edge hung his boots after he wrestled alongside his long-time partner and AEW star, Christian. At this point, nothing can be said for sure.
