“With 3:17 Written”: Hollywood Director Reveals Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock Made Him Witness an Unbelievable Moment

Besides his accomplishments in wrestling and Hollywood, Dwayne Johnson is well renowned for many other things, including his massive build, which has greatly aided him in becoming the biggest action megastar. The 50-year-old Johnson has a chiseled body and has become muscular over the years as a result of his intense commitment to strengthening the muscles.

It takes a lot of dedication, hard training, and a rigorous diet to maintain the body that The Rock possesses. And The Rock makes no compromises in this regard. In relation to the same well-known Hollywood filmmaker, once witness an unusual thing.

Talking to SiriusXM as per Johnson’s film ‘Fighting With My Family,’ director Stephen Merchant, said that The Rock takes his own food to restaurants owing to his strict diet. In his words, “I think someone told me. Maybe he told me, that when he goes for dinner with friends he has to take his food to the restaurant and have them heat it up because it’s such a structured diet he has to have.”

He also recounted an interesting incident he saw that happened at a meeting for the movie. He stated, “I do remember having a meeting with him just in Texas just before WrestleMania. And we were having a meeting about the movie and his alarm would go off on his phone like sort of 3:17. And he would go to the fridge and there would be turkey and rice with 3:17 written on it and he would microwave it. It was so regimented.”

The Rock may have opted to take his meals around after previously failing to find the essential food items for his meal. This shows his dedication to maintaining his physique, as he refuses to compromise on even one meal.

To bulk up his muscles, Johnson used to lift a lot of weights in his prime. The Rock has switched to lifting smaller weights nevertheless, as a result of the numerous operations and injuries.

The lesser weights do not stop him from building his massive shoulders, gigantic arms, and quads. For the best possible use of his gym time, he makes sure to perform multiple kinds of sets, makes every rep count, and makes every set count. Additionally, with his enormous physique, he is prepared to make his WWE comeback in 2023.
