nWo is one of the most prominent factions in wrestling history. The dynamic trio of Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Hollywood Hogan ran riot ever since their WCW debut in the 90s. The formation of the group would change the wrestling landscape forever. Fans simply loved their brash attitude and rebel persona. Hulk Hogan was a significant part of the erstwhile faction and his recent Instagram post has sent the fans down memory lane.

Taking to the social media platform, the Hulkster posted an image of the iconic vehicle used by him during his nWo days.

The caption stated, “The black runner is just 2 sweet!!!” #nWo4life. The fans met the post with raucous reviews recalling the nWo’s domination.

The nWo ruled the 90s

Seeds of nWo were planted by Kevin Nash and Scott Hall in the year 1996. The pair jumped ship from the then WWF to the rival promotion WCW. The two would go on to interrupt matches and destroy everything and anything that came in their path.

Hogan was known to be a fan favorite before joining the heel faction. That’s why it was very difficult for the fans to fathom a switch to the bad side of the Hulkster. They watched in awe as Hogan delivered some of his best work with the nWo. He used the Hollywood Hogan persona, which was a far cry from his WWF persona of the American hero.

Hogan, along with his buddies, would go on to dominate the roster on a weekly basis. The wrestling world had rarely seen such a kind of dominance in those times. The nWo’s rise saw rival promotions building factions of their own, but none would have the same impact.
