“I Would Take a Bullet For the Man”- The Undertaker Reveals His Relationship With Vince McMahon

Undertaker’s documentary, ‘The Last Ride‘, has unearthed a lot of secrets of WWE. The friendship between Undertaker and his boss, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, is well known. The 2nd episode of the documentary reveals much more about the duo’s relationship.

Undertaker opened up about McMahon’s role in his life. He also said that he had been a friend, a dad, and a brother. 

Undertaker says, “I can’t think of anybody more influential in my life other than my father, than Vince. He would be the first one to pat on your back, but also the first one to kick you on your ass when you needed it.

“I love Vince to death. I would take a bullet for the man. Honestly, I would. Yes, he is my boss, my friend, he has been like a dad, he has been like a brother. He has been it all to me. He was the one that basically sat me down on a chair and told me, he says, Mark, you quit feeling sorry for yourself. 

“I knew it was true, and I knew where it comes from. Tough love. And that’s what I needed. Not because he is my boss, it’s because he is my friend and he cared about me.”

Undertaker is the most loyal performer- Vince McMahon

The Phenom has been with WWE for over three decades. He has held many championships and has been part of some of the most iconic matches in wrestling history. Taker has Vince McMahon to thank for his lustrous career.

He has backed Undertaker through his hard times. However, it didn’t come out of anywhere. Undertaker chose to stay with the company when many left during the rivalry between Monday Night Wars and Nitro. While many left for money, Undertaker stood loyal.

Since then, he has held a legendary streak in WWE and a legacy no one could overtake. Their boss-employee relationship has always been a step ahead. Vince McMahon has shown support for many other Superstars, and one could only be glad to have him as their boss.
