For most WWE fans, CM Punk’s homecoming was a great spectacle. It was a celebration of his comeback to the WWE after ten arduous years, as they had not seen him there since 2014. However, with his return, the fans are still speculating about the return of his wife, AJ Lee.

In 2015, the former Divas Champion declared her retirement, and she hasn’t been seen in the WWE since. Given that she is the buzz of the town ahead of the Royal Rumble, Bayley recently discussed her on the podcast ‘Gabby AF.’ She also revealed an intriguing statement for Lee.

It is always intriguing to hear out the notions of Bayley. First, she shared her thoughts on the speculated return of Naomi, and now she won’t mind if AJ Lee throws her out of the ring in the women’s Royal Rumble match. Yes, you read that right. Depicting her outlook, she said,  “On one of the interviews I just had, they brought up AJ Lee since you know CM Punk is there. I mean, I wouldn’t mind that! I mean, I might actually let her throw me over the top rope If she came back.”

It is apparent that Bayley won’t mind if Lee eliminates her from the match. It seems like she won’t even mind if Punk’s wife becomes a roadblock in her journey to the main event of WrestleMania. Bayley never hesitates to express her thoughts and she spilled the beans on what she thinks about Lee. However, despite WWE’s current tensions with the AEW, Bayley commended an AEW champion recently.

One take at a time

Discussing what I witnessed on every episode of Raw with all my friends was what initially kept me connected with WWE. While everyone around me was gushing over John Cena, I was the only one rooting for 'The Best in the World' CM Punk. The best day was when my hero stood tall against theirs at the 2011 Money in the Bank PLE.
