Vince McMahon’s legal trouble has been making rounds in the WWE Universe for a while now. The bombshell lawsuit filed in January by Janel Grant levied some serious accusations against the former WWE boss. These allegations and charges put the last nail in the coffin of his ever-controversial career.

While starting from company veterans to the fans, everybody denounced McMahon, and some have unknowingly been dragged into the dispute. Veteran WWE figure, Bruce Prichard is a prominent name among them. However, before the dirt got the better of him, the 60-year-old came clean on his stand in the matter.

On his podcast Something to Wrestle, Prichard outright dismissed the claim of his slightest involvement with the ongoing investigation regarding Vince McMahon scandals and refrained from commenting on the investigation itself. “As far as lawsuits and things of that nature, I’m not at liberty to discuss any legal matter with the company whatsoever,” he said.

Nevertheless, the prominent wrestling figure emphasized the importance of handling sensitive matters like these with caution. Hence he urged his listeners to let the legal system determine the outcome. “So to that, there’s nothing that I can say, so there can’t be a response from a legal standpoint…I’m not involved. I’m not being sued, I’m not accused of anything. It’s a legal matter…and sometimes it’s as simple as for those that believe, an explanation is needed and for those that don’t, no explanation will do. That’s kind of where we are, let the rest of it sit in the hands of the fine legal system we have here in the United States of America.”, Prichard said.

However, his justification came after Ronda Rousey made a shell-shocking claim against him two weeks back.

Ronda Rousey claims WWE is still unsafe due to Prichard

Vince McMahon can’t force his way back into the company’s creative since the power went into the parent company, TKO’s hand. However, Ronda Rousey fears that the company still isn’t in safe hands because Bruce Prichard is here to carry the old ways of Vince McMahon. In a derogatory tweet, she wrote, ‘Bruce Prichard is basically Vince’s avatar, if he’s still around Vince still has a hand in the business. Vince was still running things through Bruce when he was “gone” before.’
