Dwayne Johnson has become a mega-star in Hollywood today. It seems transitioning into a full-time actor was one of the best decisions for The Rock after an illustrious career in WWE. 

Johnson has acted in over 40 movies until now. Moreover, his movies are globally watched by fans. A few weeks ago, Johnson received an opportunity to host the Oscars but declined the offer due to his schedule. 

Dwayne Johnson, recently shared if he would host the Oscars in the future. This was at the recent Comic-Con when Extra Tv’s Katie Krause, interviewed The Rock after the cast of ‘Black Adam’ took over Hall H at Comic-Con 2022.

Johnson said, “Thank you. You are very kind. The check is in the mail. You’ve have been very kind to me on this interview. I was honored when they asked to host the Oscars as well as the Emmys, and it’s just always a scheduling thing.”

He added, “It’s bananas. If I ever host the Oscars though maybe sometime down the line, I’d love to make it a great show, disrupt it a little bit, have great fun.”

The Jumanji actor explained how he and his crew operate at Seven Bucks for making a great movie. They believe in the audience’s perspective while making a show or a movie. Furthermore, Johnson said if the fans want him to host the Oscars, he will definitely try to clear his schedule to do so.

The former WWE Champion is currently busy promoting his latest animated movie DC League of Super Pets. It will release this week Friday on July 29, 2022, in the USA. Subsequently, the most awaited Black Adam, Johnson’s second DC project will release in late October this year.

A fan at the Comic Con 2022 asked Dwayne Johnson a question about who would win between Black Adam and Superman if they have a fight. Surprisingly, The Jumanji actor may have given a spoiler about the appearance of Superman in the film.

In a video shared by host Brandon Davis on Twitter, Johnson said, “Pound for pound, they are pretty close. I guess that probably all depends on who is playing Superman and I’m just gonna say that. I’ll leave at that and we’ll just go that way.”

A few weeks ago there were rumors floating of actor Henry Cavill reprising the role of Superman in Black Adam. Also, DJ wants Cavill to play Superman if Black Adam vs Superman movie is ever in talks. Also, with Seven Bucks Production being one of the producers, Johnson can ask DC to offer Henry Cavill to make a return.
