The recently announced WWE-UFC merger, creating the TKO Group, has sent waves of excitement through the wrestling community. Cena recently discussed his admiration for WWE’s flourishing state during an appearance on WWE’s The Bump.

Cena firmly asserted that WWE’s current product is not only holding its own but excelling, marking a peak in its history.

During an appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Cena spoke warmly about WWE’s ongoing success. He emphasized the positive administrative and business developments, pointing to the influx of talented wrestlers and advancements in recruiting.

He said, “There’s never been a better time for WWE than now. With all of the things, from an administrative and business standpoint, that’s going on, from the influx of talent that we have, through the advances in recruiting that we have. We’re gaining the best, we currently field the best and our future is on an upward trajectory.”

The Champ’s message was clear: WWE is currently at its prime, boasting the best talent and heading toward even greater heights. While his return is temporary, Cena expressed unwavering confidence in WWE’s ability to continue thriving, acknowledging that the company has surpassed its previous levels of success.

Cena also added, “We’re gaining the best, we currently field the best and our future is on an upward trajectory. I say our future because I will always consider myself part of the WWE family. It’s awesome to see. I’ve had thoughts of, what will they do without me. They will go on, and they will be fine. It really is awesome to see WWE better than it was in 2010, better than it was in 2015. It is a better place now than when it was when I was a full-time performer.”
