This, according to the wrestler-turned-actor, allows his nearly 20 million followers to have their own interpretation of the image.

Cena’s posts range from various topics and while he doesn’t specify anything, it can have various meanings. Recently, he posted a picture of the 2008 comedy film Step Brothers. The movie features his actor John C. Reilly and Cena’s Barbie co-star Will Ferrell.

And while this one too wasn’t captioned; it paved the way for fans to have their own understanding of the post. One fan commented: “What a full circle post.”

The person didn’t leave others hanging with the comment though. They also explained the reason for the comment. They said that Ferrell acted in Step Brothers with John C. Reilly and years later, starred with John Cena in Barbie.

In case you’re confused, it’s all in the name: John C– John C. Reilly, and John Cena. Thus making it a ‘full circle’.

No, Cena didn’t ask for the role. In fact, he was approached by the lead actress of Barbie for his role in the movie. Speaking to Chris Van Vliet in 2022, the Australian actress recalled how she met Cena and dropped the idea.

They were at a restaurant and when Robbie had gone to pay her bills, she was told that Cena has already paid for her. The Oscar winner had already stated earlier that Cena is one of her favorite wrestlers and when she found out about his act, the actress met the leader of Cenation. and asked him if he wanted to play a part in the upcoming Barbie film.

Cena, who was told that he would play a merman, agreed to the role and that’s how he ended up doing the film and playing ‘Kenmaid’.
