In NJPW, Omega won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from Kazuchika Okada in a seventy-minute war. He was also the inaugural IWGP United States Championship, a former IWGP Intercontinental Champion, Junior Heavyweight Champion, and Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion.
